This is the last part of the „Business based on love” mini-cycle.  In the first one you read about being a beacon for business. Second part teaches you how to tame your fear and create your own reality. In the third part you will read about the transformation you can experience with coaching support and why changes are good. Welcome to the last part of my conversation with Elena Herdieckerhoff, who is an intuitive business coach.

Maria: The online course with information is the base. But the transformation of limitations, fear, allows you to grow and change. It happens thanks to the support of coaches, including you.

Elena: Thank you very much. I feel that it is true for me as well. I am surrounded by people who support me. Everyone puts their hand on the hands of another person and we can grow together. We don’t have to do this alone. And I think women tend to take everything on themselves and not ask for help. It is instilled that we only give, we cannot ask, we cannot ask. Yes, you can and you must. 

If you want to contribute to the development of the world, you have to allow yourself to receive support from mentors. And you have to value yourself enough to say, „I’m worth the investment.” „It’s okay to invest in welfare, in my journey.”

The miracle of transformation

Maria: Yes. By the way, I don’t know anyone who has invested in supporting the person whom he chose with his heart and regretted it later. Rather, I have thousands of stories where this investment has paid back many times and has given you much more than you put into it at the beginning.

Elena: Yes, I have been experiencing the same for many years when I was a coach. I also experienced it in my life, but also from clients and friends who were in this coaching business. Transformation often comes close to a miracle when you think: How could this happen? This person was there, and now 6 months later, he is here. It seems almost impossible from 'my human perspective’.

But if you know that someone supports you and reflects your true potential and is sustaining that vision with you and deepening your confidence in yourself and in what you already know is true, then you can launch like a rocket. And that’s why I think it’s a wonderful gift to give yourself. To reach for people who seem suitable. And you are very right Maria.

Wise choice

If you choose a mentor or coach, you don’t choose them out of your head, but out of your heart. You must feel safe with them. Would I like to have the life they have today? Do they represent your goals? Because if you are hiring someone, looking at their lives and thinking „I would never live like this”, it is probably not a good teacher for you because he will take you closer to where he is. Energetic, but also simply to his world and the way he lives. So choosing your mentor wisely is very important. However, don’t take the fear of making a mistake as an excuse not to hire anyone. Trust the body, trust your feelings, and just do it.

Maria: Yes. I would also add that you shouldn’t worry that you’ve chosen the path you chose to go. I remember you said this line from the Queen song: “Another one bites the dust”. In doing so, you have actually confirmed that some people are disappearing from your life. And this is very true when it comes to neighbors, colleagues, friends, but also mentors. It is natural that we grow and lose certain relationships and make new ones.

Elena: I think it is a natural vibration level transition that manifests itself in human reality. As we grow, we also receive gifts from friends, mentors, or whatever. And when some of us are ready to go on, they will go away for one reason or another. They will stop running the program or when you want to make a payment, your card will be blocked. These can be 'visible’ things, they can be serious things; why people crumble, why can’t I work, why is it hard.

It doesn’t mean you did something wrong or need to be fixed. Or is the mentor a bad person. This means that her role is over. And you are ready to receive a new level of gifts. The right mentors, friends, and people around you will emerge. I experienced it all the time. Even in friendships. Sometimes someone was very close to me and I thought it would last forever and then something totally unexpected happened that this friendship was falling apart. And you feel the void when you think if you will ever have such a close friend again. And for a moment you are sad and worried that you will not be able to find someone like that anymore.

And then 2, 3, 4 months later someone comes into your life who is even more suited to you. Someone who brings more joy to your heart, who can lift you more. And you are grateful that you have the space to receive this person. You can be thankful for the past and be excited about the future.

Change as a creative power

Maria: Beautiful. I really know this experience. Over the past 10 years we have moved 3-4 times, changing the city, changing the surroundings, being attached to our friends who were hairdressers, dentists and other supporters. And by moving to new places, we created similar support networks at different levels, even more beautiful, more suited to us that we were becoming.

Helena: And that’s why we really need to befriend change, it really helps us. At first glance, it looks like a destructive force, but it’s actually a creative power. If we allow change to be a creative force, then many good things will happen in our lives, in our businesses. Change and trust. If you combine them, you have the formula that wins.

Maria: One more thing, actually, I just wanted to ask you to show the card you pulled out for me at this Summit. I feel this is a beautiful message to share now with all the women who are with us, because it applies to us, not only to me, but to us as a community at this conference.

Summon your tribe

Elena: The first card I drew was the Soul Family card. We come together, our energies match, our vibrations match. The card says: summon your tribe. You don’t have to do it yourself. This is exactly what we talked about. You don’t have to do it yourself. And this beautiful community that you create is a community which means you don’t have to be alone.

You can be with others, you can receive. You help women, also those who are watching, to ground themselves, to reconnect with their truth, with their true Self. It shows here on this card, someone is meditating.

So just following it, contacting the truth, trusting your truth, and developing yourself. This card is especially important for empaths and highly sensitive people to ground them in nature, but also in this inner nature of each of us. Allow yourself to use the guidance you receive from your life. And I think Maria, this is the magic gift you are offering right now.

Maria: Thank you very much. Thank you Elena for sharing your wisdom. It is incredibly inspiring to talk to someone who is very embedded in business, as you said serial entrepreneur, while still vibrating on the frequencies of love and talking about intuition as a tool. It’s really inspiring that you can combine these two values, the female and male energy in us so that we can be holistic in our business.

Elena: Yes, we can do that and also show the world an example that if you act out of love, it doesn’t make you any less effective. In fact, it can make you even more effective and successful. Love will guide everyone.
