I invite you to the mini-cycle “Business based on love”, which consists of three parts. In each of them you will read an excerpt from my conversation with Elena Herdieckerhoff, which took place during the Summit #I’m a lighthouse for business. From this conversation, you will learn what a heartfelt business looks like? How to operate in frequencies of abundance and prosperity? What is love marketing?
Elena Herdieckerhoff is an intuitive business coach for sensitive and visionary entrepreneurs. A few years ago, her TEDx speech in which she talked about highly sensitive people, turned out to be a success. Currently, Elena is leading experts to speak at TEDx. In her work she focuses on higher consciousness. She leads people towards love, towards the vibration of light, optimism and heart frequency.
Maria: You are one of the inspirations for this Summit. Thank you so much for your work and your unique approach to business, as well as all the subtle values that you bring there.
Elena: Thank you. It means a lot what you say.
Maria: The title of this conference and the main idea is: “I am a beacon for business”. And I wonder, what comes to you when you hear that sentence?
Elena: I think that, as business owners, we have a unique opportunity to build our community in the country and beyond through our talents, because entrepreneurship allows us to guide and express our highest self. In the corporate world this is impossible because we are defined by job titles and office policy.
As an entrepreneur, we can flourish, especially in the service sector, because we can present our vision of love for the world, our hearts, our energy, our unique talents. This unique combination allows us to be like a beacon for others. I can be a beacon directly for my clients, but also as a beacon on an energy level by showing people what is possible, even if they are not working with you directly.
Maybe they’re just watching you on social media, maybe they’ve only seen one of your videos, but they feel the touch of your light. They feel the touch of your energy. They feel the touch of your mission. And for me, this is a fundamental issue that influences the world of business based on love and being a beacon for others.
Maria: Beautiful. I remember the first time I saw you, you were standing on stage in a beautiful pink dress and you really were like a beacon to me because you sent this love marketing message. You actually attracted customers and offered your services which were not based on fear, you know “Hurry up or it will be gone”, or “You must have it”, but based on love, that you can duplicate what you already have. You can have more. You can experience more while in these frequencies of abundance and prosperity.
Elena: Yes and I think this is something, especially when we are under stress as business owners, it is quite easy to move on to sales strategies that force customers but also ourselves into obsessive behavior like: I have to sell, I have to do it, I have to spend, I have to meet the time limit, I have to give 10 bonuses that will expire. I have to do all these things. This behavior means that we are not enlightened because we don’t believe in the flow of divinity for us, but also for our clients.
If we act from the position of marketing love or selling out of love, we are dropping the anchor in the heart. We trust, first and foremost, that we will give the highest good if we remove our ego and this willingness that something is going to happen exactly the way we want it to happen, and let the higher one lead us. Working from a place of heart integration.
When we really feel love for the people who come to us, we take what needs to be removed, and the only thing left is how we can serve others, how we can share our heart with passion for what I do. And you will feel when you meet a potential customer, being in a state of excitement and passion for what you are doing, he will automatically come to you. They will automatically come and knock on your door saying, “Take me as a client.” You don’t have to convince them, they will pull themselves towards your Universe. And that’s what you can get.
Many people think that marketing of love just means we have to keep giving. But that’s not true. You must also receive. Marketing of love, and selling out of love is a closed circuit, which means that you meet customers, both potential and present, with the intention of love, acceptance, trust and surrender to the highest score. And when everything is on your side, they want to give you something in pay or by hiring you, offering you a podcast interview or a stage performance or whatever. This way you won’t burn out. You make sure you stay in balance between being a beacon and giving light, but also letting the boats come to you.
Maria: Yes. Faith and surrender were the keywords in the truly special year 2020. The vibration that increase was fear. But at the same time, love also grows. I feel that many entrepreneurs are drifting towards the fear that something is not happening to them and their businesses. What you are saying is that it is possible and it is good for us to move towards that trust and surrender. Allow a vision and just serve your customers.
Helena: It’s true because it raises your vibrations. If you go into stories that there is no hope in your business or that there are no customers, no one is spending money anymore. If you make stories that obviously have value, but if you make them your reality, then your vibration goes down and so does your possibilities.
If you give in to something bigger and say, “I’ll keep my dreams”, “I won’t give up my dreams”, “I won’t be affected by what 10 other people say”. I can stick to my vision. You have to be like a horse, don’t look sideways, just look where you want and create the reality you want, and feel that reality from the position of love, trust and surrender to it.
When people hear about giving up, they immediately object, “I can’t give up. There is too much pressure for me to give up now. But actually, now is the best time to give up. Because if you give up, you create a space for magic to take place. Things may surprise you, things start to come to you. If you are squeezed, nothing can come. If you open your fists, gifts can be placed in your hands.
So “giving up” means giving space for something bigger than you to guide you. On your side is sticking to your intention, raising your vibration, and nurturing your vision. And that’s why you know, I know that, some people are making amazing progress right now. Why? After all, they didn’t get any special formula. They don’t have a special pattern or they don’t post more Facebook ads like the others.
They have a strong inner light, but also trust the result of a higher power and allow this magic. It may be an idea, it may be an opportunity, something that comes to you in person, that will change your conditions if you stick with it and don’t move to the fear frequency that closes all doors.
