Agnieszka Górecka-Dolny jest z wykształcenia i pasji lekarzem anestezjologiem. Pracuje na bloku operacyjnym i oddziale intensywnej terapii, gdzie zajmuje się najbardziej chorymi pacjentami. Prywatnie jest żoną i mamą dwójki dziewczynek.
Do Ajurwedy Agnieszkę wprowadziła jej mama, która opowiadała Agnieszce o Marii i podsuwała ajurwedyjskie książki. Agnieszka nie była wtedy jeszcze w pełni gotowa na otwarcie się na tą wiedzę.
Do czasu aż zaszła w drugą ciążę, podczas której dalej pracowała zawodowo, ale zaczęła chorować. Wtedy ćwicząc jogę dla kobiet w ciąży poczuła się zdecydowanie lepiej. Kolejna napisana przez lekarza książka o Ajurwedzie podsunięta przez mamę, pokazała jej, jak rytm dobowy wpływa na jej zdrowie. Ta pozycja poprowadziła ją do Marii i Szkoły Ajurwedy.
Agnieszka zaczęła od razu od Szkoły Ajurwedy cz.I. To był początek jej ścieżki rozwoju osobistego. Rzuciła pracę na etacie i otworzyła własną działalność. Teraz Agnieszka ma czas dla siebie i na dbanie o siebie. Rzeczywistością stały się dla niej ideały przedstawiane w książkach, które czytała na początku, a którym niedowierzała.
Pasją Agnieszki jest medycyna i pomaganie ludziom. Ścieżka rozwoju osobistego na jaką wkroczyła, pomogła jej w dopasowaniu pracy w sposób, który chroni jej pięty achillesowe i słabości. W rezultacie ograniczyła pracę w nocy i pracę w stresie na oddziale intensywnej terapii do minimum. Agnieszka nauczyła się pomagać sobie i balansować Vatę w tak wymagającej pracy.

Agnieszka przyznaje, że kiedyś w pracy nie tworzyła relacji i kontaktu z pacjentem. Doceniła to, że taki sposób pracy pomógł również jej samej w regulowaniu własnych emocji w tak trudnym zawodzie.
Agnieszka cieszy się że może być inspiracją dla lekarek i osób, które pracują za dużo i nie mają czasu dla siebie.
W trakcie mojego rozwoju otworzyłam się na kobiety i kobiecość w sobie. Zrozumiałam, że byłam męska i nie dopuszczałam do siebie delikatności. Nie pozwalałam sobie na doświadczanie uczuć. W tej chwili, mimo, że wciąż jestem w procesie widzę, że jestem otwarta (…) Doświadczanie bycia zalewaną przez uczucia, miłością i wdzięcznością jest czymś, czego wcześniej nie było.
